Calls are open to all adult artists, Italian and international, with no academic requirement.

How often are calls published?

On average two calls per year, in spring and autumn.

How many works can I submit?

Each artist can submit up to 3 works per call.

Which techniques are accepted?

Painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media and installations. Always check the specific call.

Must works be unpublished?

No, but they must have been made in the last 5 years and not already be in public collections.

How does the acquisition prize work?

Accepted Answer

The first-place work is acquired by the association, usually for €1,000, and enters the permanent collection.

Who keeps the copyright?

Accepted Answer

The artist keeps full copyright of the work. The association only acquires ownership of the physical piece and the right to exhibit and reproduce it for cultural and promotional purposes.

Can I sell non-winning works during the show?

Yes. The association facilitates contact with collectors and takes no commission.
